October Highlights- Events, Networking, Learning!
October was a month full of opportunities to connect, learn, and grow with the vibrant business community of Rancho Cucamonga. From professional development sessions to unique networking experiences, there was plenty of chances to engage and collaborate with thriving businesses. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights:
Young Professionals Network
This month, the Young Professionals Network gathered to provide support for young business owners through professional growth learning opportunities, and meaningful community connections. Members had the chance to engage with experienced leaders, collaborate with peers, and participate in discussions focused on personal and career development.
We were inspired by our speakers:
- Nick Paez from Alliance Strategic Insurance Solutions presented on the importance of Work-Life Balance in business.
- Sergio Nunez from Prime Auto Detailing presented on on Time Management skills and tools to help business owners stay on track with their goals.
- Alejandra Garcia from Sol Garcia Health presented on Health & Wellness and the importance of prioritizing our health as business owners.
The event provided an engaging platform for young professionals to grow while contributing to the overall success of their businesses.

Cigar and Commerce
Held at the stunning Durango Cocina Rooftop, Cigar and Commerce offered more than just a networking opportunity—it was an experience. Hosted by Louie Delgado, Life Insurance Strategist, the event brought together local businesses to build meaningful connections and explore opportunities for growth. The elegant touch of flowers from Irises Designs Weddings and Events, along with the chance to meet the owner Ricardo, added a special layer to the evening. Conversations flowed, ideas sparked, and new relationships were formed among the diverse business community.

WEREP – West End Real Estate Pros
At the Friday meeting, the Basket Queen shared insights on the importance of closing gifts and how they can strengthen client relationships. These thoughtful gestures not only show appreciation but can also encourage referrals and repeat business—key elements for long-term success in real estate.
Meet and Greet Rancho
Closing out the month, the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce hosted its monthly Meet and Greet, which offered another chance to connect with fellow Chamber members and potential new members. A special highlight was celebrating Manolo Luque from Restaurant Realty Company as he received his plaque from the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber for becoming a new member. It was a wonderful reminder of the thriving business community and the connections that continue to make Rancho Cucamonga a place of growth and opportunity.
Looking Ahead
October’s events showcased the power of networking, education, and community engagement. Whether learning new skills, sharing experiences, or building relationships, these gatherings strengthened both individual professionals and the local business landscape. We can’t wait to see what November has in store!
