The Power of a Clean Space: Supporting Families Through Healing and Hope
This November, The Cleaning Bubbles Services is honored to partner with House of Ruth, a nonprofit serving individuals and families affected by domestic violence. The holiday season, while joyful for many, can be deeply challenging for families experiencing trauma. For those rebuilding their lives after hardship, finding comfort and stability in their environment can make all the difference.
As the owner of The Cleaning Bubbles Services, supporting survivors of domestic violence holds a special place in my heart. Many of us share personal stories of similar situations, and for me, those experiences inspire me to give back to these families. Through this partnership we’re providing a free home cleaning to a family in their care, a small act of relief and kindness during a difficult time of year. We’re also excited to continue this effort in December to close out our year by supporting another family in need.
One of the reasons I started this business was to create not just clean homes, but spaces that bring comfort, ease, and peace of mind. Partnering with House of Ruth is an extension of that mission, reflecting our vision of supporting wellness and strengthening the communities we serve.
Creating a positive impact in our community is truly the heart of what we do; cleaning homes is simply the means we use to make that possible.
For 48 years, House of Ruth has been dedicated to providing safety, support, and empowerment to individuals and families affected by domestic violence. Through compassionate services, the organization offers emergency shelter, housing opportunities, counseling, legal and children’s services, and prevention education to help survivors rebuild their lives free from abuse. In addition to providing safe housing, House of Ruth focuses on long-term stability through programs such as financial empowerment, housing navigation, and community outreach. Every day, House of Ruth stands as a beacon of hope, helping survivors find safety, heal from trauma, and move toward independence with dignity and strength.
Trauma often impacts every aspect of life, including the ability to care for oneself or one’s surroundings. When life feels overwhelming, “simple” tasks like cleaning can feel impossible. That’s why we believe a clean, refreshed home is more than just tidying, it’s restoring a sense of calm, dignity, and hope.
