A Mother’s Day Giveaway Rooted in Community Support
At The Cleaning Bubbles Services, we believe a clean home can provide more than just comfort, it can create peace of mind during life’s most difficult moments. This Mother’s Day, we had the opportunity to partner with The Calvin Preston Foundation for a meaningful giveaway focused on supporting a local family affected by childhood cancer.
As a business serving Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, and surrounding communities, we are always looking for ways to give back in ways that align with our mission of creating clean, healthy spaces that bring comfort and ease to others.
The Calvin Preston Foundation
The Calvin Preston Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families affected by childhood cancer. Working directly with hospitals, the foundation helps identify families in need and provides support through groceries, toys, gifts during the holidays, and other basic necessities for families facing financial and emotional hardship.
Their mission to uplift families and bring moments of joy during incredibly challenging times immediately resonated with us. After connecting through Instagram and a mutual friend, we knew this was a collaboration we had to make possible.
Organizations like The Calvin Preston Foundation play an important role in strengthening our communities by reminding families that they are not alone during some of life’s hardest moments.
Supporting a Mother Through a Difficult Season
For this Mother’s Day collaboration, we had the privilege of providing a complimentary house cleaning service to a Fontana mother supporting her child through the challenges of childhood cancer.
While cleaning may seem simple to some, we understand how valuable it can be to have one less responsibility on your plate during overwhelming seasons of life. A clean home can create a sense of calm, comfort, and relief, especially for parents balancing the emotional weight of caring for a child experiencing cancer.
Our goal was not simply to clean a home, but to create a space where a mother could pause, breathe, and feel supported.
The Power of Community
This experience became even more special thanks to the generosity of another local small business, Flowers by Ashley, who donated a beautiful flower arrangement for the mother receiving the cleaning service.
Ashley specializes in custom sympathy floral arrangements, creating personalized tribute pieces such as crosses, hearts, wreaths, angel wings, and other custom designs that reflect and honor the lives of loved ones. Her thoughtful contribution added another layer of care and kindness to this Mother’s Day gift.
Collaborations like this are a reminder of how powerful community support can be when local businesses come together with a shared purpose.
